Convenient location close to shops with a nice vibe. 🛍️

Staff were very helpful, rooms were simple but nicely done and very clean Fresh fruit was provided at breakfast

The place was fairly clean with particularly helpful and excellent staff members. Had bright, a nice size room that was the bed was cleaned properly. I came here for 1 night and had a really lovely stay.

The place was well-lit, nicely looked after, and had a cool backyard patio. Awesome location right in the middle of town near both the center and a pretty garden. 🌿

We have stayed there for a few years now while attending a model railway show as vendors. The hotel has been completely satisfactory.

We liked the pool and being so close to the downtown area of the city. Staff were helpful in finding special locations for us to visit.

The central location of this place was great, and it was conveniently close to the highway.

Travelodge Bracebridge was convenient, friendly and comfortable. Our dog was with us and that worked out extremely well.

This place provides a peaceful location only 2 km from Norwood Cinema, with easy access to downtown, Santa's Village, and various amenities.

Love that it's close enough to downtown to walk and that it's pet- friendly with the patio doors leading to a park-like property.

We've stayed many times at this Travelodge, even when it was the Islander. We used to live in town and so know it well. We decided that, after this visit, we would not likely be staying there again. While it is convenient and very pet-friendly, the amenities need serious upgrading. The new king bed was fine but had a queen bedspread of the old variety that didn't cover the box spring and wasn't the kind that gets washed for each customer. The coffee machine was old and dirty and didn't work. The bathroom is cramped and weirdly laid-out (E.G. the toilet roll was almost too far away from the toilet to reach!). The iron had been used by someone previously and was covered with gunk -- unusable. The lighting was inadequate. And it all felt tired. Not what you'd expect from a Travelodge. I think it's time for a major overhaul. The town really needs a good motel on that side of town, could be a money maker for Travelodge if it were improved.

My only complaint is that the air conditioning "off" swich was broken so we couldn't shut it off. We had to unplug the unit.

The location of this place is excellent, with a beautiful setting in a pleasant area near Santa's Village, which was perfect for our family celebration and conveniently close to the highway.

Long hairs on clean sheets. Like many hotels, I paid cash, they swipe card and then do not cancel pre-authorization, this amount can stay on cc for up to 30 days.

The location was stunning and decent, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Norwood Cinema. The provided service was welcoming.
